NIE, NIE wieder!!!!! Positive: Ernstgemeinte Frage???? Es gibt kein Frühstück. Man muß ca. 1/2 km gehen, um im Gastaus "Hörner" ein Frühstück zu bekommen!!! Negative: ALLES!!! Wir hatten für 3 Nächte gebucht und bezahlt. Sind nach 1er Nacht aber abgereist. Wir haben KEINE Entschädigung bekommen!!! Das Zimmer: eine Jugendherberge ist wesentlich besser!!! Als wir das Zimmer betraten sahen wir, das Fensterrollo war kaputt. Keine Abdunklung möglich!!!. Nur Toilette, mit Tür. Die Dusche und das Waschbecken sind im Zimmer!!! Ein hoher Kasten, ohne Türen, sollte evtl. als Schrank dienen, nur 1e Stange, kein Kleiderbügel!! Die Betten durchgelegen. Die Kissen, ein Klumpen aus Synthetikfasern!!! Es gibt KEINEN Balkon in diesem DeLuxe-Zimmer. Der Balkon ist ein Laubengang, außen am Zimmer vorbeilaufend, um überhaupt ins Zimmer zu kommen!!! Alles Fake, wenn 10 % der Vorgabe stimmen, ist es viel!!! Das einzig Gute an dem Gasthaus ist der Biergarten, den es aber schon seit vielen Jahrzehnten gibt. Haben - trotz Reklamation - bis heute NICHTS von Booking Com gehört, danke!!!

Positive: The food at the hotel’s restaurant was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the ladies even took the time to show me a tutorial on how to open the room door, which I really appreciated. Negative: Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing.The room was not properly clean when we arrived.The bin still had rubbish in it, and the towels had an unpleasant smell. The hand soap in the shower was completely empty, which is unacceptable in a hotel room. The biggest problem, however, was the door. It would not open properly, and every time we wanted to enter our room, we had to ask a member of staff to help us.This was extremely inconvenient and made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. Overall, the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the room were far below what we expected. I would not stay here again and I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves its standards.
