Positive: The food at the hotel’s restaurant was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the ladies even took the time to show me a tutorial on how to open the room door, which I really appreciated. Negative: Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing.The room was not properly clean when we arrived.The bin still had rubbish in it, and the towels had an unpleasant smell. The hand soap in the shower was completely empty, which is unacceptable in a hotel room. The biggest problem, however, was the door. It would not open properly, and every time we wanted to enter our room, we had to ask a member of staff to help us.This was extremely inconvenient and made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. Overall, the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the room were far below what we expected. I would not stay here again and I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves its standards.
