Dissapointed Negative: I booked for four adults for one night as we were transititing the city and was very dissapointed. We were given the downstairs flat no 1, which is not suitable for four adults. There's one bed, one sofa bed and one mattress in a claustrophobic closet. The bedspread available was not washed and smelled of sweat, plus there was dirty bedspread in the closet. There also weren't enough pillows. In terms of towels, there was only one hand towel and two face towels in the bathroom, which were all dirty. Additionally, there was a note on the table from the previous people that were there saying pretty much the same thing as me now, which means that the flat wasn't even checked or cleaned before we went there!!

Enttäuschend Positive: Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Lage war gut. Negative: Für eine neue Einrichtung gab es viele Mängel. Es gab kein WLAN. Wir informierten den Gastgeber, aber er meinte, alles sei in Ordnung, was nicht stimmte. Anschließend reagierte er nicht weiter. Es gab weder Duschgel noch übliche Gegenstände wie einen Föhn oder Salz, im ganzen Haus wimmelte es von Fliegen und Insekten, die Handtücher waren feucht, im Badezimmer lag getragene Herrenunterwäsche, anscheinend von den Vormietern, die Kaffeemaschine hatte altes, angesammeltes Wasser mit Schimmel usw. Einiges Besteck war schmutzig, die Bettdecke roch stark nach Schweiß, anscheinend wurde nichts gewaschen. Enttäuschend, ich würde nicht wiederkommen.

Excellent emplacement mais beaucoup de choses à améliorer Positive: L'emplacement de ce logement est tout à fait exceptionnel, Amberg est une magnifique ville fortifié et nous étions près de tout, remparts, commerce, supermarché. Et le prix que nous avons payé n'était pas cher pour L'emplacement. L'endroit est calme nous avons pu dormir la fenêtre ouverte sans problème. Negative: Quand nous sommes arrivés dans le logement nous avons trouvé un petit mot sur la table nous informant que la wifi était en panne et que le technicien était informé. Cela aurait pu être possible mais en utilisant mon téléphone comme modem je me rends compte que la télé n'a jamais été paramétrée, nous sommes les 1er locataires de ce logement et l'odeur forte de peinture dans le hall nous confirme cela, il n'y avait pas de serviettes , une machine à café mais pas de dosettes, nous sommes allé en acheter mais ce n'était pas le bon modèle... la température extérieure devait être d'une 20aine de degrés mais dans le logement il fesait très chaud, je pense qu'à l'avenir il faudrait au moins prévoir des ventilateurs. Dernier point négatif la chambre enfant, mon fils l'a qualifiée de chambre d'Harry Potter... très exiguë sans fenêtre et ressemblant à un placard.
