Neues Appartement in guter Lage Positive: Der unkomplizierte Check Inn. Küchenausstattung war sehr gut. Garage sehr praktisch. Negative: Laute Lage an der Straße. Keine Individuelle Antwort auf den Chat, nur Standardantwort. Fernbedienung nicht vorhanden konnten TV nicht nutzen. WC Deckel hatte schmierige gelbe Flecken. Das Appartement hätte viel mehr Potential bei guter Führung und Kontrolle der Sauberkeit etc. Flecken an der Wand wären vermeidbar wenn anderes Material benutzt worden wäre ebenso der Fußboden..aber das nur als Anregung. Schade wenn bei einem neuen Appartement nach so kurzer Zeit schon solche Spuren zu sehen sind. Bin irgendwie hin und her gerissen. Würden wieder kommen sofern die kleinen Details noch abgestellt würden.

Thank you Positive: We are travelling from the UK to Europe and on the way back this is the second time we have booked this place. It's nice, clean, and easy to access. We love this place and have very nice memories. Negative: It would be nice to have some coffee or tea in the morning if there is a balcony.

Positive: Ruhige Lage und Einrichtung für 2 waren vorhanden. Negative: Wirkt auf den Bildern größer als es wirklich ist, schade das es so täuscht.

Positive: Booked just an hour before arrival in the evening on our way. Perfect spot for a one night stay if you on a roadtrip. Supermarket just opposite the road, easy check in, private garage parking under the building.

Positive: The room in this apartment was small but had everything needed for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable, which made sleeping easy and restful. I was also pleasantly surprised by the parking available in the underground garage, even though we arrived late in the evening. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Passau, especially for a brief visit.
