The InnSight - Appartementhouse - Appartement 22

Nicht schön Negative: Hallo! Auf den ersten Blick okay, aber eigentlich gar nicht. Viele Dinge sieht man erst nach dem Buchen oder dann vor Ort: 1. die Parkplätze im Haus sind eine Katastrophe: die Einfahrt ist schon mit einem normale Auto ein Albtraum und die Parkbuchten sind viel, viel zu eng, bei den meisten kann man fast nicht mehr aussteigen oder gar nicht 2. Im Parkhaus ist bei unserem Aufenthalt Kloake aus einer Versorgungstür gelaufen. Wir haben versucht jemand zu erreichen, aber da geht keiner ans Telefon undnes rift keiner zurück. 3. Das Appartement wirkt auf den ersten Blick okay aber zum Beispiel das Geschirr und Besteck war so pappig im Schrank, dass man es nicht benutzen will 4. Es ist nicht ruhig sondern an einer sehr viel befahrenen Straße. Wir waren ziemlich enttäuscht und hätten es auch gerne jemand persönlich jemanden gesagt. Es gibt aber keinen Kontakt, den man erreichen kann. Schade!

Positive: Ruhiges, kleines Appartement (25) mit allem was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Großer Supermarkt gegenüber, dort kann man auch frühstücken. Negative: Tiefgaragen- Einfahrt ziemlich eng.

Positive: There are free parking places in the garage underground. Rooms have everything that you need including a small kitchen, fridge and coffee machine. The price is amazing for Passau. There is an EDEKA supermarket on the other side of the road and a Asian themed fast food at 10.minutes on foot.

Átutazóknak tökéletes! Positive: Jó ár-érték arány, tiszta,tágas modern appartman, mélygarázsban parkolás az árban. Szemben bevásárlóközpont, átitazónak tökéletes. Negative: Minden rendben volt. A közeli pizzériát nem ajánlom.

Waste of money!!! Positive: I liked that this property is digitalized and contactless. Check-in and check-out were fast and convenient, and the underground parking area is spacious and easy to access. Negative: I've been staying in hotels across Germany for the past 12 years, and unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. After a 10-hour journey, all I wanted was a clean, comfortable room but instead, staying at Das InnSight Apartementehaus turned into a real ordeal. The room was dusty and smelled unpleasant from the moment we arrived. As someone with a dust allergy, this made it impossible to sleep. I normally don’t leave negative reviews as I try to be understanding, but this time it seriously affected my health. When I looked under the bed, I was shocked to find a thick layer of dust clearly the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. For €98.94 per night, I find this completely unacceptable. Aside from the dust and poor air quality, the bathroom was missing even basic toiletries, there was no shower gel at all (see attached photos). The fridge also had a terrible smell when we opened it, which added to the overall discomfort. To make matters worse, early the next morning I received an email from the hotel asking guests to strip the bed linen, fold the towels, and leave everything in the bathroom “to help the cleaning staff.” Seriously? The cleaning staff hadn’t even vacuumed or mopped the room before our stay yet now you're asking guests to do part of their job? One look at the bath mat after a single use showed just how dirty the apartment was (see photo). I now have to see my doctor due to an allergic reaction caused by the dust exposure. One night here ended up costing me not only financially, but physically. I truly hope the management addresses these cleanliness and hygiene issues, because this experience was far below even basic hospitality standards.
