Positive: Tiefgarage ist OK aber sehr, sehr eng.
Von Lage, Ausstattung und Ambiente her sehr empfehlenswert.
Negative: Nach der Zahlung verlangt das Haus die Unterschrift unter einen Mietvertrag, der eine Menge benachteiligender Klauseln enthält, sonst wird der Schlüssel nicht rausgegeben. Das ist kein normales Geschäftsgebaren!
