Positive: Tot e absolut minunat ! Nu veți regreta

Positive: Wohnung ist gut renoviert worden. Tolles Bad mit Tageslicht. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierkombination. Nähe zur Innenstadt. Negative: Viel Lärm der angrenzenden Bundesstraße durch den LKW Verkehr. Zu wenig Geschirr um die vorhandene Spülmaschine tatsächlich nutzen zu können. WLAN Verbindung mangelhaft, dadurch Beamer nicht nutzbar.

Top Appartement in super Lage Positive: Top Lage, super schönes Appartement, Parkplatz vor der Tür, Ausstattung sehr schön, 2 Minuten mit dem Rad in die Stadt, wirklich ein top Angebot!

Déception Positive: L’emplacement proche de passau permet de se passer de la voiture. Place de parking au pied de l’appartement. L'intérieur est tres atypique et correspond a ce que nous adorons. Negative: Propreté pas au rendez-vous, pratiquement pas de vaisselle. Les stores sont quasiment tous HS. La terrasse n'est pas entretenue. Vraiment dommage car ce logement est une pépite mais pas assez entretenu.
