It's outrageous that the operator cannot be reached! Positive: Unfortunately we didn't get in, they gave it to another guest! Negative: We had a valid reservation, we had to pay in advance! We arrived early in the evening, but the accommodation was already booked! The key was not in the key box, that's when we became suspicious! Other guests had booked it! We tried to reach them by phone and message, but we didn't get a response! I find it outrageous that the operator cannot be reached on the phone number provided!!! We have been trying to get our money back ever since! We also reported it on booking.com, but there was no response from them either! It was a nightmare to be stuck on the street with three children at night!

Positive: Emplacement très sympa, appartement également nous avons aimé la décoration. Equipement niquel, très calme. Negative: En revanche petit soucis à la salle de bain (bonde pleine de cheveux, nous avons du nettoyer, la douche ne s'évacuait pas correctement)

Im groben und Ganzen ganz ok und Sauberkeit ist mir sehr wichtig und das war es. Positive: War sauber und lag sehr gut Nähe Autobahn. Für eine Nacht und keine hohen Ansprüche auf jeden Fall in Ordnung. Negative: Es gab an beiden Tagen kein Internet trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage. Heißt wir mussten unser Datenvolumen vom Handy nutzen. Die Wohnung war sehr sehr hellhörig. Notdürftig ausgestattet.
