Mäßig!! Positive: Lage Negative: Bei Ankunft war nur ein Duschtuch, das auch noch feucht war, vorhanden obwohl zwei Personen gebucht waren. Geschirrtücher fehlten ganz.. Nach Anruf wurde dieser Mangel behoben.

Horrible apartment, even worse host. Positive: Nothing. This stay made us very stressed and frustrated and it ruined our holiday. And we have the proof of every conversation had with the host Negative: The apartment was extremely poor. It was dirty and had a lot of broken items. Closet door had no knob, only open screws. The bed was broken. They oven was dirty and there was a broken glass. And the stove and hub was greasy. The floor was dirty and dusty. The shower had urine stains and smell and the drain wasnt working so the water would overflow out of the bathroom. And the linens were dirty and not washed. And when we complained to the host, they accused us of deliberately searching for negative points for compensation even though we didnt ask for that and we didnt even receive anything. We were accused countless times even though we gave them multiple photographic evidence of the state of the apattment. Overall, the host turned out to be worse than the apartment. Very unprrofessional and tude. We stayed there two years ago and we enjoyed our stay and didnt complain but when we came this year it was horrible and the host did not accept our complaints. We stayed for seven nights and asked for a vacuum, and the host promised to give us one every day and until the end of our stay we never received anything and suddenly they messaged us saying this case is closed on their behalf. We wanted to move out earlier and adked for a refund but it was ignored.

Birdaha kalmam ve önermem. Positive: Hiçbirşeyi. Negative: İçeri girdiğimizde 32 derece ev sıcaklığı, klima yok havasız bırakılmış bir ev , sanaha kadar sauna gibi terledik. çarşaflar eski, havlular yırtık ve kokuyordu. Kahve makinası koymuş ama 1 tane bile Kahve kapsülü yok.
