Positive: Schönes, sauberes Apartment, mit allem was man braucht. Sehr schöne Verdunklungsvorhänge. Negative: Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat war die Abfrage verschiedener sensibler Daten, wie z.B. die Nummer des Personalausweises bzw. die Reisepassnummer aller Gäste, Land der Ausstellung der Ausweise, die wir über ein Online-Formular, neben Namen, Geburtsdaten (wenn ich mich recht erinnere sogar auch Adressen aller Gäste), einpflegen MUSSTEN. Daher Punktabzug. Sonst war aber alles top.

Super Positive: Suuuuupa Negative: Die Spülmaschine war nicht gespült und dadurch kein Geschirr. Das einloggen war sehr kompliziert

Appartement avec potentiel d’amélioration Positive: L’appartement est moderne, fonctionnel et offre une surface parfaite pour un couple avec enfant. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et réactif à toutes nos demandes. L’ambiance générale est agréable et confortable. Negative: La chambre présentait de la poussière sur les meubles et les étagères. Les draps contenaient des peluches et les serviettes étaient encore humides à l’arrivée. Les produits d’entretien pour nettoyer la table ainsi que les accessoires comme assiettes et verres étaient très limités. Les duvets fournis étaient trop petits pour un confort optimal.

This apartment is FAR FROM LUX IN STUTTGART Positive: The location was okay, we could walk into the city in about 20 minutes. The apartment appeared to be fairly new and modern with good appliances. Negative: Well where do I start. Cleanliness was just passable. Bath towels were disgusting, small and almost threadbare. One set for a three night stay. The linen was not ironed and all crinkled on the bed. We were asked to strip the bed on departure and I wished we never had to see what we discovered and had been sleeping on for 3 nights. The mattress topper was filthy and urine stained, not just in a couple of spots but all over. I booked this apartment as it had a washing machine. When I went to use the machine it was full of wet cleaning rags. I was HORRIFIED. Luckily there was a cleaning cycle available which I used before doing my washing. The dishwasher still had dishes in it from the previous occupant. No lift and 8 flights of stairs to the unit we stayed in. Maybe the owner should spend some money and remove the ridiculous light fittings which hang very low and all of the unnecessary ornaments and replace all towels and linen and the disgusting mattress topper and doonas.
